Now more than ever people want to feel connected. Whether it’s feeling connected to a greater purpose, connected to likeminded individuals or just feeling connected to self. There’s a growing need to find space and community.

If there is one thing I can be 100% sure of it’s that good things are on the way to me. Time and time again I have seen how even in the most challenging and strange circumstances things have always worked out in my favor.

There’s something to be said for actually having the time and space to figure out who it is you want to be, where you want to go, and ultimately what it is you truly want for yourself. How do we keep ourselves from negative self-talk and gaslighting? We’ve all been in a place where maybe we are more critical of ourselves than we need to be. For this reason it’s important to employ techniques and coping skills that help us become our own cheerleader rather than our own worst critic.
