March was easily the busiest time I’ve been in for a while. Not only did I have TWO back to back work trips, I also had TWO back to back dance performances!

There’s something to be said for actually having the time and space to figure out who it is you want to be, where you want to go, and ultimately what it is you truly want for yourself. The highs and lows are endless and there are so many lessons to be learned along the way. Along with the pleasure of stepping into your true form and becoming the highest version of yourself, comes a very unique pain that is a unique part of the process…

We’re always changing, and the fact is that we don’t know who we’re going to be, or what’s going to happen in the next month let alone the next year. We have some routines that are established and habits that we’ve formed, and we may not know a life without those things. A part of that is practicing healthy habits and being intentional about the things I do. One of those things I wanted to focus on was creating more experiences for myself and getting out more.

Sometimes you may be doing something random. It could be taking a class, eating out at a restaurant, or even going for a walk. You could be minding your business and having a great time until a certain feeling or emotion comes up. You know it’s not coming from what you’re doing. This feeling is familiar to you and the next thing you have to do is understand where that feeling is coming from…

There’s a lot that goes into trying to make content and it can be draining, but also exciting. I started writing and creating in 2013 and a lot has changed since then…

So I just turned 26 and I am obviously accepting the fact that my 30’s are looming ahead (on that note, please remember to live in the present so you don’t go down rabbit holes). I am also accepting the fact that it’s okay to live life out loud and present the highest version of myself.
